Boijayantika came to this country as an international student a few years ago and graduated from Humber College in Marketing Management. She joined this business as a co-op student thinking this is just a source to pay her bills and graduate. However, the culture was so welcoming and seeing a bunch of young people having fun like any millennial but above everything everyone shares the same goal and is so passionate about what they are doing. Never felt so lively and there was a sense of belonging which made her stay and grow. The work we do here is not easy, there are challenges and hardships but the team work and the support makes it easier to deal with which is worth dying for. Then, Boijayantika realized when this platform is giving her the opportunity to open up her own branch and provide the same to many other people to change their life for good like it did hers, Why shouldn't she do the same? That's why she worked hard to make her way up the ladder and open her own branch with the name "PHOENIX MARKETING ALLIANCE".

The reason why she named it "PHOENIX", was because growing up she had been a big fan of Harry Potter and there she first saw this Phoenix bird which was very fascinating. But to understand the concept of this Boijayantika read lots of articles and was astonished , so when she was asked what would she name her company she said "PHOENIX MARKETING" because there will be problems in life, there will be hurdles, different people have different ups and downs they are going through but this company will give you the opportunity to rise every single time when life or society will pull you down and every single time we rise 10 times stronger.
